• Learn to value and respect everyone in school

• Learn both to work on our own and also with others

• Learn to develop our intelligences and talents

• Learn to think clearly to help solve problems

• Learn that only our best is good enough

• Learn that learning never ends

• Learn to live our dreams

 

 

Mission Statement at the core of what guides the learning

 

•         Our new mission statement is made in the form of  a promise

•         It will promote a common language and understanding of learning

•         It will guide our future learning in school and in the community

•         Children need to understand the purpose of their learning in school

•         Parents need  both to understand and reinforce the principles at home

•         Staff need to align their learning programmes, teaching and staff development programmes toward the promise

•         Thereby creating the “learning community”
